Simple Changes in Diet and Exercise Plus Consistency is Key!!

Hi, my name is Dennis Hall. I’m 40 years young. I started 2022 at over 300 lbs. I had terrible eating habits and did little to no exercise. I was in fear of future health issues due to how bad I felt.

Through my employer, I was introduced to my health coach, Christy Coughlin, about 4 months ago. She’s awesome!! Christy has taught me healthier eating habits, non stressful exercise routines and basic knowledge of living a healthier lifestyle. Her coaching has shown me that small changes in diet and exercise, plus consistency, will produce major changes in my health and life. I’ve lost close to 50 lbs so far and counting!!!! I have much more energy. I feel so much better about myself. My outlook on life has changed. I’m so thankful for the weekly accountability calls the motivation and also praise from Coach Christy.
